Loading other's Ghost Laps

How are people loading other's Ghost Laps. Is it in the Online Ranking screen? I can only see their settings and profile. Am I missing something easy? I am sick of racing my own erratic Ghosts and would benefit from seeing ghost cars that are using the correct lines. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

You can only load the top 10...

Can you load their replays to simply watch instead of race against? I was trying to do that last night and couldn't figure out how
 
I also want to know how to load the ghost of the top 10. I couldn't find the option to do it.
 
It's in the online rankings page after you click on one of the top 10's names.
To just watch the replay, you have to click the save replay button and then go to your replay theater.

You can load the top 10 in both your region and nationally.
