loading times for races in 2.0 update

Anyone noticed when loading a race the loading bar races to the end? More important: the text of the opponents cars (and yours) is black and you can only start the race when those letters have become white?

I searched but i did not find a thread/post about this.

I've noticed that!
I thought it was my machine thank god it's not only me.
 
when you go to the track it's still lloading, its done so you can tweak setups etc when you're waiting.
 
It`s good to read that this is normal 2.0 behavior. Yesterday night i accidentally shut down the PS3 while i was still in the GT mode main screen. So i did not close the game neatly. I wanted to make sure this was no result of that action. Thanks people.

Is it? I just went to the 90s challenge on Cote d'Azur. I was tweaking my setup for 2 minutes or so, but when I wanted to go the race, all the cars' names were still black. So, it seems it doesn't continue loading when you go into the car setup menu...
 
The loading time is much faster on upstart of the game, and when entering the Seasonal & A & B-Spec 👍
