Lobby freezing up

So I just changed the weather in a lobby and the track wouldn't load up at all. Then I left, or tried too and it just froze. Got three beeps on the PlayStation too. Anyone else had this problem? I think there needs to be a Hotfix for this PD. Or included in the next update.
