Lobby Issue

I was not able to join my weekly Lobby tonight, or any Lobby for that matter. Tried closing the game and restarting, rebooting playstation, rebuilt database, clearing cache (all multiple times), I shut down the router and started it back up as well. Daily races are working fine, also I am on Nat 2 which is the setting you should have for Lobby play based on what I have read.

Any suggestions?
