Locked to Bumpercam/Locked Qualifying

Sometimes I'll go into an online lobby and qualifying is locked while I sit and watch everyone else going round the track? Bug?
Also in same lobby this happens I'm locked to bumper cam and cannot change view?
Is this a known bug?

For the first part... if you're saying that the "Drive" button is locked, then yes. Unfortunately it's a known problem although I suspect it could be to do with NAT/connection as much as anything else.

Personally it took me 7 attempts to get into a "working" lobby tonight, I was counting :D
 
Ive been having the same issues. If im locked from driving I leave the lobby straight away because I know that once I get to drive in the next session the camera will be locked to the front bumper anyway which is annoying to say the least.
