hey there guys,

was wondering if I could get some help soo I could all gold this :D

while I managed a gold on toscana after a few tries, eiger nordwand and chamonix elude me. i just dont get it. the c4 wrc seems to handle completely differently here, even with all aids off. it seems much slower and less responsive, and my usual times seem off by 30-40 seconds compared to the usual time trials!

so im wondering if anybody has tips, advice, setups, etc. to help me all gold this. :D

thx in advance! :)

I hear it's better to keep your car straight. Still haven't been able to do Chaminox, tried Eiger once and gave up. Failing by hitting a wall is difficult once in the downhill twisting turns.

I have the same problem, i got gold easy on Toscana but not on the other 2. The C4 does drive differently then in Arcade or Practice.

i love this challenge, second race with loeb i got infront of him at the line,
my advice keep trying haha took me along time.

Turn off traction control or/and turn on skid recovery force - should make it a lot easier.

I did and it didn't work out to well.

Try Steering Sensitifity: Low, ABS: Off (or 1-3?) & everything else: Off.

Can't remember exactly, long time ago i goldished the Loeb ones. :)

I don't know why'd I even bother, I already have a C4. I guess to accomplish something? But this isn't my thread, enough about me.

I want to try this out myself and see if it does anything.

For Chamonix just keep the car straight and feather the throttle. No skandinavian flicks or any of the 'usual' rally stuff.

I got the save from mine. If you want I may try to upload it.

For me, Chamonix is the easiest, I get gold in the second try. And I was using a DS3 Controller. Traction control: 5 on Toscana and Chamonix and 3 on Eiger; ABS: 1; Skid recovery force: On. I golded the event in 2 hours.

Most helpfull thing is to change the torque ballance to 50:50.

Saves don't work for other users.

I think turning off TCS is good enough for Chamonix but turn off more aids for Eiger. Maybe for Eiger turn up the sensitivity for the sharper turns.

Try not to slide around too much as you'll lose traction and speed.

change your camera view to front bumper , itll drop your times

My only issue was with the Chamonix special, as there the traction 30/70 is really bad set. Change it to 50/50 and you should be ok.

Turn traction control off, turn skid recovery force on, drive relatively carefully, it's pretty easy when you do this.

.
I know. But if he'd like to see it I could put it on youtube...

I didn't change any settings other than I use MT.

Am I the only one who thinks that Toscana was the hardest (still, all 3 are very easy)?
Golded Toscana on 3rd try, Eiger on 1st, Chamonix on 1st.
All aids off, torque 50:50, ABS - 10 and DON'T powerslide.

I don't remember that you could change the torque split. But I did all but Eiger on my first, they're all pretty easy with all assists off, but I touched a barrier here and there, and DISQUALIFIED!

But slide as little as possible, and with all but ABS 1 off. And it should be easier, and drive in bumper view.

sure, id very much appreciate that :)

and thanks guys, ive left all of the aids off, although im curious as to trying to play with torque balance and the skid recovery :D
i shall let you know how this all works out, im practically desperate to absolutely wreck loeb in this event :3
