Logicool Super Lap?

[Shant J.]

On Gran Turismo's Japanese site, there is something called the "Logicool Super Lap". All I know is that Logicool is Logitech's name in Japan.

Here is the page: http://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/gt5p/news/d2743.html

What is it? I can't access Babel Fish here at school, even with a proxy site.
