I had the flu for a few days, so didn't log into gt5, then ended up with a humble 100%, i.e. no bonus.. this made me not race at all, as it felt worthless not having the 200%. So I ended up logging in just to get the bonus, then logging off again.. or bspec grinding.

This login bonus is supposed to encourage you to play gt5 more, but if I'm down to 100%, I just don't want to do any races at all, like the seasonals or time trials.

Before the login bonus, I used to be all excited going home to do the new seasonals, but I just don't want to do them with my 100% :(

Does anyone else feel this way, or is it just me?

I agree with this , & to be honest I don't know why GT5 needed such a system . But that's just my opinion . 👍

Maybe if you get sick next time , you could have a family member start up GT for you or something ? :)

How many days does it take to get from 100% back to 200%?

And how long after a time or drift trial closes before it is deleted forever?

I'm planning to do some of the enduros, but still want to collect 200% on the trails, as they only pay out once.

Aye, that's what sparked my question. Didn't want to hijack the thread.

Menown - Don't quote me, but I think it was 3/4 days.

I read (on here) that if you finish an endruance race a different day to when you started, the login bonus decreases, it wasn't the case for me, I did it over a week, and still had the 200%. But when I returned to the main menu, it had decreased to 110% or something. So at least you still get the prize money and your original login bonus.

This is what it should have been:

- Gain login bonus as it is now.
- If you don't sign in, your bonus goes down about 50% every week

Just another case of PD not using common sense

Bonus should just go up with your xp (and no limit at 40). PD ruins the licenses with the xp, and then don't even use xp, other than keeping you from doing the 24hr races until you've played a billion hours.

I too wish that the login bonus didn't decrease just because I couldn't play the game for a day or so. Over the past 3 weeks I averaged about 50+ hours a week playing this game and now I get penalized just because I missed a day. :(

You should be able to miss a day here or there and not loose your bonus!

I also hate that you lose the login bonus for the day after you sign out, I understand that you don't have it when you go offline, but when you go back online the same day I think you should get your bonus back, exactly the same as it was when you went online earlier

I am doing it right now. Login, win bonus (150% :grumpy:) and now going to play Red Dead Redemption :p
This bonus is cool because of XP gained doing 4Hours Nurb..but it's a bit annoying :boggled: Stupid portable net, can't connect while raining (and it's winter here :scared:)

Man, there's just no pleasing some people!

Just put your Bob's online so people can remote race them, you'll have more money than you know what to do with and your multiplier bonus won't even matter. I earn anywhere from $10mil-$30mil a week thanks to my Bob's. 👍
