Anyone dealing with a returning a g27 through logitech this year? I sent mine back to be replaced back in January and I have yet to get a replacement. Logitech originally told me it would take 10 days, then mid march, and now they won't even respond to me.

I just want to play some gt5 with a wheel

Damn, I've always had good service with Logitech, even though they dont give me a refund/exchange. They send me back to the store. I'd definately be asking for some compensation for the wait.

Logitech customer support is atrocious, I have been waiting on a replacement G27 since September last year.

Every time I email them they feed me the same BS about the G27 being out of stock

During my experience with Logitech, Amazon has had them in stock. I almost bought a new one because it was taking so long. I just looked and now amazon says 1-3 months before they have them in stock again. I guess that is how how we'll be waiting to get our replacements too.

The worst part of this is I sent mt g27 in because of the gear clicking noises when there was strong ffb in gt5 which to my knowledge is surprisingly normal. I wish I had never send it back. Actually I wish I never got a g27...

I feel your pain CLIFFO_83. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Maybe they can get the ball rolling.

Their support line told me, 25th of April is the date they are back instock.

Got an email today telling me my replacement G27 is on its way, should be here on 27th.

Just hoping PSN is back on by then.

There has been no mention of sending back my old wheel, if i get to keep it i'll fix it up & add a chilicoke steering wheel adaptor & Sparco steering wheel.

If that's the case, then that could be the reason why they are always sold out. People might have been abusing this to get a 2 for 1 deal. Hmmm, now i'm wondering if I should jump on that boat.
