Has anybody got any idea of the difference between the logitech driving force gt compatible for gt5. and the driving force pro compatible for gt4 ? Eg driving , smoothness , all around drivability of any car . Your replies would be greatly appriciated .

All I can say is that I have the Driving force Pro and it has been a great wheel. It's had a lot of use and never failed, so for the price I would recommend it. Difference in the two would be the functionality of the red dial thing on the DFGT but you can assign that using buttons on the DFP, I did that but never use it because I don't use aids. I think that they might be the same workings inside the wheel. I am getting a new wheel and still trying to justify the money and I'm hoping the difference in a new wheel will be worth it.

DFGT and DFP uses the same pedals. They both share the same case. DFGT wheel rim is bigger. The ffb feels much better and the wheel spins faster and much smoother. Both are very good but upgrade from dfp to dfgt makes sense. (I've owned both of them)
