Logitech Driving Force on PC?

Hello guys!

I just got my driving Force Pro today, and I'm currently trying to get it to work on pc...yes, I know it's not "supposed to"...but I vaguely remember someone mentioning they got it to work on pc.

I've installed the bog standard drivers from Logitech, but to no avail.

I'm sorry if I've put this question in the wrong forum...or if I've missed a topic when I searched for the answer to this question.


[Edit] OMG what a noobish mistake...the electrical plug hadn't gone into the wall enough...I'm so ashamed... :banghead: :O :mad: :odd: :rolleyes:

Sorely tempted to get one myself but will need a better lap attachment/fold up table or something first.

Ironing board ... :D That's the best fold up table there is, as it's even height adjustable and no deeper than you need it to be. :)
 
This Wheel deserves the hype if I may say so

Been testing it out on GT3 for a bit now and it's really good.

Drifting has never been this much fun :D

Pity that idea ain't popular with my mum :lol:

Old school desk would probably do the trick :)
 
I'm using a coffee table for my Driving Force. It's a perfect setup!
 
I paid about $160 for this here In Sweden...but then again...Sweden is not a cheap place to be :P
 
Cheapest I've seen so far was 118 euro (ca 140USD) in Germany.

Still you should remember that the red MoMo wheel has always been more expensive than even the RRP for the Driving Force Pro.

They're not expensive ;) ... Besides using my mum's old one upstairs, I bought another one that I occasionally use in the living room when I want to drive Widescreen ... :D
 
I hope you guys are talking about the Pro version of that wheel? Cos the normal one costs 90$ here in Sweden. The Pro version costs about 160$ :)

I can live with the non Pro version, no way I´m dishing out that much cash for a controller.
 
Just wait until the price drops a bit. Eventually you will try the pro wheel with GT4 and be completely sold on it. :P
 
I found a little issue with mine now. Seems the brake pedal has started to become a bit softer, and it "clunks" when pressed.

Not as tight and responsive as it was from start.

Anyone else with the Driving Force Pro experiencing this?

You can find one at ALDI for like €8 or something like that :lol:
