Hello GTP, please bear with me, computers are not my thing.
I recently bought a new pc (dell xps) which has windows 8.1. I bought the computer mainly for just Assetto Corsa and iracing.
When I tried AC it just felt wrong. Idk what degrees the wheel was set to but it wasn't 900. The slightest turn of the wheel was dramatic in game, the pedals were either floored all the way or nothing, no 25%, 75% throttle.
So I thought that my wheel just wasn't calibrated right so I downloaded the Logitech G27 profiler program, but it never shows up under my downloads.
If I go to "assign USB controller" on my pc menu the wheel is there but it seems like the comp thinks it's a controller, not a wheel.
So, I call logitech support who tried to help me, but pretty much said the profiler wont work with windows 8.1.
Is there another program/way to calibrate my wheel and adjust it's setting besides that?
There has to be someone else with a g27 and windows 8.1 who figured this out. Please Help! Thanks
- cam

Ps- I tried to adjust settings inside of AC but same issues with wheel and pedals.

You have to install the Logitech Profiler. Otherwise your PC won't recognize the wheel properly.
Download the software, run the exe file and see what happens.
Logitech homepage claims compatibility up to Windows 8 (yes 8.1 isn't mentioned there).
Either than that, you'll have to wait for an upgrade from Logitech, which can't take too long, 'cause they're still selling their wheels and new Windows PCs come with Windows 8.1 preinstalled very often.
Another option would be to downgrade your PC to Windows 7.

Hi cam. I have a g25 working on Windows 8.1
Make sure you install the drivers. And setup the profile there
