Logitech G27 calibration problem

This is my first post on gtplanet so, hello! :)

I have a problem with calibration of my steering wheel. I've been searching for solutions but suprisingly couldn't find anything helpful. Here is a short video of said error.



Does anybody know what could be the reason for this odd behaviour? I've replaced the encoder and motherboard as well as the board mounted inside of the steering wheel itself.
 
Hi! I have the exact same problem and was wondering if you haven't fixed your wheel. Any ideas whats at fault? Did you also replace the circuit board on the motor which holds the light and the sensor?
 
Well, I think the problem are ffb motors. They need to be replaced but for me they are too hard to find on the market. I don't care anymore, I've decided to sell my g27 off for parts and upgrade to thrustmaster.
