Logitech G27 Not Calibrating

Hoping you guys might know something about this.. My friend has a G27 and he uses it on his PC. Up until yesterday it worked fine, now apparently it won't calibrate or steer at all.. The pedals and both paddle and H Shifter work and are recognized in the Logitech Profiler, but the wheel itself isn't.. I've searched around and tried a few methods, but none of them have worked so far.. I don't really want to open it up yet, as I believe it's still under warranty, but if someone knows a quick fix i'd really appreciate it. :)

have you check the power supply to the G27 or change the wall plug into another wall socket or power board
 




watch all three completely before attempting. I did this last night to fix a slight off centre problem. its fairly easy, except in the video he disconnects all the internals, the only ones you need to connect are the 3 connected directly to the motors.
 
However if it's still under warranty then contact logitech if you are uncomfortable doing this
