Logitech G27 not working on PS3

Today I bought the G27 steering wheel, and when I tried to play the wheel didn't work.
Clutch, paddles, accelerator, brake are still working.
but the steering wheel is not calibrating (making that turn to left then to right) and when i try to race on gt5 i can't control the car (turning to left, right...)

Is someone having the same issue?
I have another friend that said that his old wheel stop working just like mine.
I have just updated my ps3 to 3.56 and that happened.
Can someone help me?

Check power supply.
It's is plugged into the mains?

Silky I know but you said you just bought it.
