Logitech G27 Wheel not working

Hello.
Soory about making a new thread
Todey i got the new encoder ,replaced the old one (broken one )
all wayers connected like it's neede cheked 10 times
but anywahy geting the same problem as in this video

What is cousing this problem?
Culd it be a power suplay? (AC adapter)

The flashing light on the gear lever usually indicates a power supply problem.
