Logitech G29 shifter button assignment

I’m using the g29 to play GT sport but i use the flappy paddles for gear changes, so for most games i use the shifter as a handbrake (gear 4) except GT Sport doesn’t seem to give me any control over changing this

Can i make Gear 4 my Handbrake input?

On another note is the Clutch/gears seriously bugged in GTS?
