@Trickbike36 Did you update the firmware on the wheel? If you never have then you'll need to connect it to a PC/Mac running the latest version of G HUB and it will prompt you to install the latest firmware, after which the adapter will then work.

After a late night of digging through many posts, I realized I had to download GHub and update the firmware on the wheel. Works perfectly now! Thanks indirectly to everyone who posts here!
