I am having an issue with the wheel going dead with the loss of all feedback while racing - wheel will oscillate back and forth at a stop . i have to reboot the unit by removing the wheel - turning it back on and then all is fine

I posted here and was informed to update firmware

Its getting worse so I decided it was time

wonder if anyone knows what cable to connect from g pro hub to usb?

do i use the cable that goes from g pro hub little itty bitty connector to the mac usb or do I use a usb to usb port from pg pro hub to mac?

I am using the cable out of g pro hub that is that little din connector - and it connects to ps usb - assume this is the correct cabling

Logitec has done a pathetic job of documenting this process IMO I am unable to find a video or any info - they all just say connect ur hub to computer....

maybe its my old age

If I remember correctly, you have to put your wheelbase on PC mode compatibility for the computer to recognize it as a Logitech device through the regular USB cable that came with the wheelbase. Compatibility mode is in the menu of the wheelbase so just switch it to PC mode. Then you update your wheelbase with G Hub. When G Hub says your product is updated, you can close G Hub and shutdown the wheelbase. Then plug it back to your PS5. Restart it and don't forget to put it back to PS5 mode before firing the ps5.
