Logitech Services, How is it?

Any of you have tried returning or getting an exchange for your wheel from Logitech? I have a G27 and I just wondered how long does it take to arrive if I need like a part replacement, wheel or shifter for example. Do I have to send them back the item right away or do I send the item after the new one arrived? Better yet, do I get to keep both?

All from the 2 year warranty.

Mine took about 4 days, once they had them back in stock. They never asked me to send the broken one back, although i have read somewhere in this forum that people have had to send theirs back.

Logitech are the greatest company on earth when it comes to customer services.

I cannot state how good their policy is. It is so good you could abuse it, but if you did, you would be a horrible human being and that kind of thing would stop them from being so great with genuine support issues.

Do not concern yourself about support from them.

Four days is pretty awesome, but I guess the time waiting for them to be in stock will take so much time.
