Look at the sides while running. Is it possible with PAD?

Hi guys!
I've heard people saying that it's possible to look at the sides to watch out for enemies with right analog stick, but I can't do it. Is it really possible? Or I have to config something? In the manual I've seen it's only possible with DFP. PLZ Help me! THNX a lot.
 
Hey anavas!

I could be wrong but I do believe that was bad information you read. I'm pretty sure it's only possible to look to your sides (via the D-pad) during replays. Sorry.
