Yeah basically just set an account up with todays date as date of birth and the year of choice for the ticket you want. When you load the game on that profile on the D.O.B you get birthday ticket

Theres a trick to that, save and backup to usb drive, use ticket and if you dont't get what you want simply load save back from usb to ps3 and ticket will be available again. Rinse and repeat
