The new challenge is too race a Bugatti Veyron around Cote d'Azur. You may only add sport soft tyres. That's it. The assists you may use are abs:1. This is challenging because there is a ton of understeer on the Veyron. Especially with Sport Soft. Let me know how you do.

Where is the tuning part ??? You're in the tuning forum remember. Perhaps another section would be better for your challenge.
