Looking For A Final Fantasy Commerical

I'm looking for a American Commercial for A Final Fantasy game (Don't know which one it is, but I know it's a PS2 game, or otherwise I wouldn't post here). anyway, it's a guy singing in Japanese in the background that sounds eerily like the lead singer for the punk band Dead Kennedys.

Can someone please help me? I can't find it on YouTube.
