Hey Guys,

I'm trying to rework a clients logo and am having a bit of trouble locating the original font that was used. I've attached his old logo, which contains the font. If any of you have seen it or have a clue where I can find one similar, thank you!

I'm just hoping that it isn't a "one-off" font that was brewed up using a few cheats.

I have a feeling that it is a one-off, my usually reliable 'source' is coming up blanks.

It looks to me like it's probably a bastardized version of Legacy Serif.

it is close to that, although the A is much different.
i think best to include a cleaner typeface in the reworking of the logo
whatever it is please sort out the kerning!

Ahhh... very close, and possibly a suitable replacement.

What can youexpect? It was put together by a pair of Bodybuilders. Not the most tech oriented guys.

The search expired. I had thought of loading it up there, but don't have the means here at the office. Can you post a link?

Thanks!

Link fail, Sage.

Also, that is an awful font. I hope the building has a rock facade or something.

It's actually a Brick Factory building, that is listed in the Historic Buildings Registry. As well, I don't think it's all that nice of a font, but its the owners choice.

And it looks like Cracker was right. A one-off of Stratford Demi Bold. Not sure if there is a closer match, though.

If you're just looking for a similar font, personally I'd go with Book Antiqua Bold:
