If you want to know everything that does actually exists in the game, as well as all tradable Tickets, Cars,etc., I suggest looking at www.mygranturismo.net and there you can see what is tradable.

SO get your friend to ask for something or better still get your friend to play the game and earn the money to buy one the highest level of ticket is 24 if you signed up to www.mygranturismo.net then you would know this.
