Looking for a newspaper layout...

I'm looking for a layout/template for Word or Publisher or something to make a newspaper. I'm going to have to use 8.5" by 11" paper.


I tried but I can't get it to look good and be within margins.

It contains Local News, World News, Opinion/Editorial, feature stories. It is supposed to be for Paris, France and include 10 articles for October 17, 1793. The significance of this date is because it is the day after Marie Antoinette was beheaded and the start of the French Revolution.
