Neither can be traded as they are above million dollar cost. You can win the Minolta in "Like the wind" in A-Spec. As for M3 just trade for the proper lvl ticket.

Ticket form or not, these cars CANNOT be traded. Not sure why nobody bothers to read the important stickies we have in this forum. Your only bet is grinding out some level 16 tickets for the ///M3 RC and level 23 tickets for the Minolta, which is also an A spec prize car when you complete the "Like the wind" championship.
