I figured this question is better posted in the Q&A than in the online racing threads...

I am a good clean racer, fast and respectful, able to control my vehicle 98.2% of the time (I am human after all). I am sick of noobs bashing into me or going full throttle into a hairpin... Yes I was a noob once and I did the best I could, so I understand what it's like. But I'm no longer a noob and I want to race with other skilled drivers. The problem is, I don't have a regular schedule to set aside 4 hours every Sunday afternoon or any other weekly basis. Yes I always send friend requests to other clean drivers and I look for these friends, but often they are not racing when I want to race. And in searching for a good clean room I usually end up racing with bumper cars, and frustrated. Suggestions? Thanks in advance! 👍 :)

Why not join CRAP. You race when you have time and it is clean racing wit a few accidental knocks.

There are a couple of ways to go about this.

One is you can look here:

https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=89

That's the Clubs and Leagues Forum I believe, where you'll find Private Lounge Networks set up that limit memberships to only selected drivers and the prerequisite is that you be a clean respectful racer. You'll probably find what you're looking for there and Private Lounge Networks are a growing part of GT5 racing for people like us, looking for clean racing.

Another thing you can do, is race in Open Lobbies and friend people who race with you cleanly. I find whenever I get beside someone in a race on a big sweeping curve at Tsukuba for example, and I hold myself tight to the inside, we drag race through the front straight and again I hold my line on the inside of the first corner, it's almost always followed up by a Friend Request after the race...lol. If you find clean people they tend to race with other clean people and you can look them up in the Community Section and click on their cups to see where they are racing and possibly join them there. It's getting harder and harder to find anyone that races clean online these days, so the Lounge Networks above might be a good place to start.

Good Luck!!
