Looking for Level 23 or 1989 birthday car tickets to trade

I am chasing 1989 Birthday Car Ticket or a Level 23 Car Ticket in an attempt to try and get the Mercedes-Benz - Sauber Mercedes C9 Race Car 89.

I know it was previously in the Online Collectors Dealership, although I stupidly didn't get it.

Something to always consider is that paint color variations in cars factor into the random pick the game does when opening too. What I mean by this is that each seperate color of cars is a potential car that may show up instead of the one you are looking for. Race cars usually have way less color or number variations.
