You can't trade actual cars, you can only trade the codes. And I think they're region locked. [dunno bout that one though...]

You can't obtain it by normal means, so obviously you can't work for them if there's no way for you to get them in the first place. You can still trade the codes for them though...

Because they only came with a more expensive version of the game they can't be traded Have a look on a famous auction website and you may be able to buy one or you may get really lucky and get a U.S code from this site but they are few and far between
