I have been looking around for a new PC and found this, which looks like it has quite good specs.
However I am no expert in computers so I am looking for some opinions.

I am looking to use it for games so what sort of games and graphics settings could I run with this?

Skyrim on Medium-High, BF3 on Medium, and pretty much most recent games on medium at HD resolutions.
 
Windows 8 is not the best.

Valve does not like it, PC mags all say it is crap when it is for a desktop, but good for a tablet or touchscreen,

Look for a win 7 system.

I can get around that and get Windows 7 with the same system except the case (I am not missing anything here am I?).

I also have a spare copy of windows 7 lying around somewhere and could use that if needed.

So everyone for the price is it a good buy? I havent got a £1000 to spend so this is the best I could find (I think).

RAM could be faster but you wont notice much from 1333Mhz to 1600Mhz
Motherboard is unknown
No BD Drive
No SSD for windows
Has a PS/2 Port(why?)
CPU is good from the reviews I have just read
Good amount of RAM
GPU is mid-range

What gaming keyboard and mouse do they give or do you have?

Build it yourself, boom, done. Much better graphics card and a processor that is just as good (if not better) than the FX4170 Bulldozer chip in that Cyberpower system - not to mention it uses way less power, which manifests itself in lower temperatures and a lower power bill :)
 
I don't think a GT 620 is any better than the 7770...
 
Think the 7770 is more closer to a GT640 or 650.
