Easy there, tiger! No need to triple post in a panic here. This sub forum never really moves that fast. Your topic isn't going anywhere and you just need to have the patience to wait for somebody to respond. It could take minutes or it could take hours, maybe even days.
Besides, rally is a difficult category to make tunes for. Nobody can rifle out a rally tune like they're making a grilled cheese sandwich.
I just wanted to mention that and I wish you the best of luck in finding the tune you're looking for. On my spare time today, I might try to peep around a little just to help you out. I'm actually curious about some rally tunes myself.

Raise ride height
soften springs and dampers
gear transmission to max out at about 140mph, you're never going to go much faster than that anyway...
