Looking for reputable GTPlanet Member/Moderator to test GT-R GT500 Stealth _trade_

Verified that the DLC content is interchangable between PS3's if you use the **original account that accessed the DLC**

So I was able to add 2 more stealth cars to my collection, and a helpful forum member, who chose to remain anonymous acquired the GTR GT500.

You simply have to exchange main account information. A difficult task in and of itself, to say the least. Probably won't happen among the general gtplanet populace, but now you can give your friends (and receive) those long-desired black beauties.

For the record, I didn't receive any other cars. But haters still gotta hate.

It won't work unless you used the Random Acct to download the stealth cars in the first place.

Step 1:

Read this thread first.

Step 2:

Understand that IF this IS possible, then this can only be done FOUR more times (download the DLC, that is). Considering that I have an old PS3, and may want to upgrade to the slim in the future, this effectively takes away another DLC opportunity (unless I can back it up to another HDD).

Send me a PM of who you are so I can check your profile for your reputation.
I will then choose who, if anyone, to test this transaction with, and POST their NAME in THIS POST.

Step 3:

Send me something to hold as a collateral/deposit. Regardless of if the transaction works or doesn't I am going to keep this car, as there is no true way for me to know if the recovered account allowed you access to the DLC.

YOU WILL LOSE THIS CAR REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME. This transaction is a test, and I'm relying entirely on YOU to post the outcome of this experiment. And again, I only want to do this with ONE person...

I'm not trying to scam anyone.

Step 4:

I will create a random PSN account with random information, and PM you with the account info to 'recover it'. I will then delete the account from my PS3, and then let you know when its ok to start the recovery.

Step 5:

Access the account via the game and/or attempt to dload the stealth DLC. Also try on your MAIN account.

Step 6:

Have integrity, and post the results. I say this again, this is ultimately up to you, and this is why I want someone reputable. My theory for this dupe has merit, and I only have a limited number of tries to do it.

Based on that your a new member your probably a scammer, just looking for a free car.

dlc's are bound to your main account, sure, they are shared to each other account you have on your ps3 ...

but you have do go into download history and download the stealth cars again on different ps3's
and you dont have the stealth cars on your dl history on your random account, right ? think about it ... :dopey:
 
just buy the new ps3 you want, connect the new to the old DIRECTLY, then copy the old PS3 datas to the new one, you will have a PERFECT COPY of your old PS3 on the NEW one and all datas...

Do U have any DLC Codes even a old ones??

I U have a Old one that U have Used, then U need to test your old DLC code with your exiting account that is connected to the DLC code.....PM me and I will send U my MSN adress

As it is right now, these are truly the rarest cars in the game because they are undupable.

Why would I try to scam for other cars that are being copied en masse.

And I DIDNT SAY IT WOULD WORK. I just want to try this ONE TIME.

If it does work, someone will now be owners of not one but TWO stealth car models.

Is it worth it to try?

So why do you want on of these worthless cars as a deposit/collateral


Deposit/collateral implies they will be returned anyway.

Buy a NEW PS3, connect to the old one, copy everything, you will have a perfect clone new ps3 of the old one, that's it.. no trade, no test, no scam, no error, just a perfect copy of what you have now....
 
To date, I don't think anyone else has tried this.

The DEPOSIT (it isn't really collateral) has to be something of some kind of value. I don't flippin' care about trying to scam someone.

And since I really want to do this with a mod, or someone of notable reputation, I wouldn't be helping my own cause by scamming then, now would I?
 
I got 5 stealth cars.....Should work.....
 
who you choose doesn't matter at all if you disappear the day after....nobody has an identity or a "real" reputation here.... just create another account and you are set... as easy as to buy another ps3, and direct copy the old one to the new one!!

and you say you are about to buy a new ps3, well just buy it now and do the test yourself at your home.... you should be set, or with a RL friend... I think everybody here knows at least one RL friend with a ps3 ready to help for any kind of tests!
 
OK, if you want to try something that doesn't work go ahead.

As long as anyone else knows that they will lose a car and get nothing (as in zero, nada, zilch) back.
