Looking for teams or good racers

I've been trying to start a race team or join race teams that have good quality in drivers, not only good on the course but good with additude if anyone has one or knows some please post back. thanks

Here's a very brief quick look at our rules:
1: Don't be a weenie
2: Race Clean
3: Penalties off
4: All aids off (ABS is okay)

We're very social. We've also got a healthy population of Californian drivers, so there should be plenty of people to race with! We're all American at the moment, so timezone issues shouldn't be too much of a problem.
