Looking to join a race league HELP!!!

well just like the title says me and a friend are looking to join a race league its our first time joining a race league so nothing too advanced for now lol, we tried setting one up among friends but failed badly so we are hoping that someone can help us out and point us to a race league and get us started

What kind of racing are you interested in? Road cars, racers...? The rules and regulations you want to play to are very important to consider also.
