Loose paddle shifter

Hi,

I have a 3 week old Fanatec GT3 RS V2 wheel with extremely loose and wobbly shifter paddles. It feels as though something inside became loose especially on the up shift side. Does anyone know of a DIY solution to this so I won't have to deal with Fanatec ? Can someone tell me how the mechanics of the shifter mechanism are designed and the materials that comprise it ( ea. plastic ) ?
