This has happened 2x now.
Once I won the Bugatti Veyron, I went ahead and did the oil change trick and put race tires on there and threw it in a couple races and did great. Loved the car. So on Tuesday night I go to the tuning shop and max out the car and looked up a RM tune for it on this site and implemented it. Then I took the car online to my buddies online lobby by favorite-ing(sp?) it. Raced the car a few times and then all of a sudden I lost the car from my favorites. After I got done online that night, I go to my garage and see the car is there, but it doesn't have the favorite designation on it anymore and none of the upgrades except the oil change trick and race soft tires are there anymore. I also see that all the money I spent is back in my account at the top. It was late I turned the game off.
Next day I go to the tuning area, and none of the upgrades are available to install, so I go back to the shop purchased all the parts again. While I was purchasing the parts again, the game kept telling me I had already purchased the parts and asked if I would like to do so again, ofcourse I bought and installed again.
I take the car out for a run, turn off the game from the main menu, go back to it 2 hrs later and guess what? All the upgrades are gone except for the racing soft tires and oil change.
WTH?!? Does anyone have an issue like this? Is this known? The Veyron is the only one I am having issues like this.
