Loss of auto-save feature after update 1.06 ???

Recently after updating to version 1.06 ,I started the new seasonal events (RX-7 & Pergeot) and got gold in one of them. But when I started the game after couple of hours, my paint, credits and the tune setup were gone. It reverted back to the save state before the update. I repeated the race twice but again the achievements were gone. So, is anyone else experiencing this problem, or have I turned the auto-save feature off ??? Please help !!!!
