Lost 3 Bspec levels in update???

So I've been grinding the Bspec 24 hour le mans. Have been away from home for a few days so my bro has been restarting the races for me and I had worked my way to half way through 39 Bspec. I came home today and updated to v1.07 and I'm back to 36 Bspec...


Not happy....
 
That sucks. Seems to be a lot of posts on here about data corruption in GT5, might be something underlying causing it.
