Story goes: Guy bought a pirated DVD of SW3:ROTS after watching it in the cinema. When he got it home and watched it, he discovered that the subtitles were English translations of the Chinese version of the English original...

Comedy screenshots and the odd naughty word contained within (and Yoda makes more sense, if anything).

Thats hilarious, I've got to get myself one of thoes English-Chinese-English translations .

That is the funniest thing I've read in months.

I didn't realize that gollum was in this movie.

"Troopseses"

What's really scary is that I said the same thing...

"Smelly boy"

It's a good candidate for Engrish.com

This is still my favorite though

I have a copy with the numbers at the top like that at home and never once thought to turn the captions on. I'll have to check that out tonight and see if it is.

My favorite part is that it consistently translated the Jedi Council as the Presbyterian Church.

Yeah I noticed that too, the whole thing was generally funny but there were some classic lines in there.

LOL. DO NOT WANTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

That's classic.

That was hilarious. Where do you find this stuff Famine?
He doesn't find it , he just knows about it and chooses to hand them out to us a little at a time.

Oh God that was one of the funniest things I've seen in a really long time.

That is also one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time, like it was for others.

That was hilarious! I must get myself that DVD and watch it with a few of my buddies and laugh our asses off. I find it hilarious whenever the F-word appears its just completely random.

Wow. It reminded me of a Chinese version DVD I bought of a Kurosawa film called the "Stray Dog". It had Japanese audio(original), but subtitles were in Chinese(cantonese & mandarin, I believe) and English. I understood Japanese, but I watched it with English subtitles on one time. Not only some of the translation weren't even close to what they were saying in the movie, all of the character's names had been changed to Chinese names.
