Love it or hate it the lotus Elise 111R RM 04 can be a very enjoyable car to drive and for its 589 pp almost unbeatable on tight twisty tracks

fastest time when psn returns wins a car of your choice up to 1000000 cr

Track :Tsukaba .tight and twisty is Easy to learn but difficult to master.

Car : lotus Elise 111R RM 04 available new from the new car dealership, then race modded and all additional options.new they have 309hp 720kg once run in 319hp

Tyres: Racing soft

Rules

GT mode practice
Track edge set to REAL
No Driving Aids (ABS ok)

No restrictions on mods, however when you post your time you need to state

my best is a 51.4 on this track so far, but havnt hit it in practice mode yet so didnt post it as need photo for evidence

Nice time for no A.B.S :bowdown: best i could get with no Abs was a 51.9:nervous:
 
ok starting to get some good times 51.301:)
i reckon a high 50 is possible offline..... I never get sick of driving this car though every time i come back to it im blown away by its performance

Will say the same thing here as I had for the GT TT. Will try and have a crack at this tomorrow but may not get around to it either. Am currently trying to share my time between lots of different events! :)
Uni (obviously), Oni's TT, GT500 TT, Ford GT TT, 111R RM TT and WRS... :eek:
I don't think the workload helps my competitiveness but I am enjoying the variety very, very much! Especially the WRS! :D

keep an eye out because I am about to add more tracks to the challenge

Had a run in the 111R RM today at Tsukuba. Only did 20 laps with a guessed setup (same as GT500 TT) have not played with anything other than making sure the transmission was correct, so here goes;

Car: Lotus Elise 111R RM '04
Time: 0:50.942 :D
Weight: 720kg
Power: 319BHP
PP: 589
Wheel: DFGT

Well, like you said diver, a high-50 is possible and I feel if I spend time getting the setup down I could drop that by another .25-.5 depending on how far off my setup is, but it does feel fairly tight considering it is a guess! :sly:

About to go and try out the GT TT now... Wish me luck! ;)

Track choice is good for me too, but a bit busy for the moment to really go for it.
So a bit more then a week would be nice for me.

that time is sensational sam:bowdown:well done....again and natrually im fearfull for my fort gt40 challenge time lol i would love to see those settings and splits. In reality we both know that its driver ability combined with good setup that results in this time,and i know from our online encounters that u have your car fairly well dialed in. keep up the good work and im lovin the challenge

Closing date is simply whenever PSN finally comes back online... Could be a week, could be a year, could be never!... :nervous:
:lol: Honestly mate, try and get a time in ASAP but even if PSN is back on before you set a time, this does not mean you can't do one and post it anyway! 👍

correct I imagine that as soon as psn is back up all interest in this thread will vanish
 
Hi guys, I have been a little bored this afternoon so I have recorded and uploaded the video replay of my Tsukuba lap I did a bit earlier this afternoon. ;)
As I said earlier, I expect that I will improve the time further when I get around to changing up the suspension settings a bit but for now this is it! 👍

I used driving line, ABS, and followed the WRS rules for clean lap requirements.
If driving line DQ's me, let me know. I just assumed aids referred to those that add an advantage to the car.
 
Im sure driving line is fine as it doesnt give an advantage at all its not an accurate line to follow anyways! nice time , but im sure chesterdraws will confirm this for you

It is just so hard splitting time between 4 TT events and then WRS too!... :eek:
But the challenge is absolutely immense! Keep setting me those targets gents! ;)

Beat me by a fraction! I wasnt going to have a crack, especially since i didnt own the car, but then i saw X3rx3s44 replay and i thought "yeah, i think i can manage that".

So bought the car, done it up.

Specs at the time:
Time: 00:50.921
Bhp: 303hp
P.P: 581

Im content, though id be curious to know your suspension settings. (and X3rx3s44's too)

Yeah thanks mate im gutterd that hes winning by 0.006 of a second lol but guess ill try some more today and see what i can do can get up on it by about 2.5 tenths but muck up the last corner lol, might give it a run with abs on and set my wheel up today
 
Welcome to all the new people who posted times recently,and sorry for the slow replys and updates .Things are a little hectic at the moment.I find it odd that our leader is using the driving line, especially around such a short circuit, but I dont consider it to really be an aid , in fact some believe it slows you down,as for me im half a second behind the leader, so perhaps i should try it with it on. Well done all ,the top four are about a bumper thickness from first to fourth.
 
I've been informed by many that I'm an outcast when it comes to driving preferences.
Driving Line, Automatic and Chase Cam.
People always comment on it, but it's just what I'm use to. :/
