LS7-BRZ HiAce weight distribution issue

I have a HiAce with LS7-BRZ swap. Every time I accelerate it, I noticed the car's very visibly pitching - upwards when accelerating, downwards when braking. I tried playing with suspension and ballast placement, but the effect is still highly visible.

I have a HiAce with LS7-BRZ swap. Every time I accelerate it, I noticed the car's very visibly pitching - upwards when accelerating, downwards when braking. I tried playing with suspension and ballast placement, but the effect is still highly visible.

What gives?

The suspension is too soft. Adding more weight will only make it worse, as will adding higher grip tyres.

Increase natural frequency to about 3.00 or above. Shameless plug, but I have a youtube video going through the steps on how to set it up.
