it seem the limit of 1 car per day is not on the psn now it is on the console

it is one console can send once each day

Not true, I know for a fact you can still send lvl 21 gift tickets but its possible lvl 24 has been banned to be sent.

i sent a 1000 ticket from my another psn on my console and it works so may be ticket sending is still allowed but only once on one console not each psn

It is once per day per PSN. You can send it tomorrow its not a big deal.

hate the new patch
