M.Schneider has to retire...

Hi GT5-enthusiasts,

I want my 1st B-Spec to retire asap (and get that damn trophy :D).

So anybody on my FL who does Remote-Races feel free to use M.Schneider.

Just if the grid is not full. I appreciate! 👍

EDIT:
Seems that remote races don`t have any effect on career bar. (As mentioned below.)

I think you accidently posted this in the wrong forum?

Also: which trophy? I don't think there is a trophy for retiring a Bspec driver...

And this: I think you wanted B. Schneider :P
I got him, as well as F. Alonso etc...

consider this done :D

Am I wrong? You`ll get a trophy for reaching a B-Specs career peak (think that is done when his career bar is full...).

German trophy says: "Die große Erfahrung" . Don`t know how it`s called in English.

Your B-Spec doesn`t develope with Remote-Races???

M.Schneider is B.Schneider`s unknown brother. :D

You need to take him to an easy race and win it over an over again.
So the sunday cup is easy.
Then his career bar go,s up and then you get that trophy your after.LOL:)
Chat soon mate bye for now.:)

I wondered already why his bar didn`t get up the last weeks/months...

Yes its the air of experience trophy?
You just need bucket loads of wins in many races. think its around 500 wins?
But there is lots of debate about that? to me it could be around 450 upwards?
So thats your best option for getting that trophy.
Loads of a little sunday cup races in the Red Bull like Hoodfield described.?
Chat soon mate bye for now.:)

Approximately 500 offline races.
Win lose or draw.start grinding sunday cup.

Its the only trophy is still need :D
I dont mind it, but maybe ill try it....

what I know about the career bar so far. I had experimented before the remote race update so some things might have changed since then.

a)You do not need to use a driver for their career bar to go up just as long as one of the drivers races then the career bar for everyone goes up. (this may still be true after the remote race update if a driver is set to offline)

b) remote races don't seem to do a thing.

c) it is approx 450-520 races if the bar is linear.

So there is no difference between a Sunday Cup race and an endurance race over hours? You get the same "career push"?

correct. find the shortest race time wise you can do and set bob on his way over and over and over............... well you get it.

As said, any of your bspec drivers can run the races. All bspec drivers not shared online will gain exp/carreer bar.

Remote racing will help you get the bspec lvl 40 trophy though.

No difference at all, it seems the career bar is age based so it's number of bspec days. This explains why
a) you do not need to use that specific driver for their career bar to go up
b) why there is no difference between an endurance race or sunday cup becuase it is still 1 day that passes.
c) why the number of races people state to complete this trophy is so different for each person because people look at the number of races of a specific driver when they should be looking at days. Looking at the number of races of a specific driver only makes sense if that driver was used in every b-spec race.

Thank you for this useful information!!

I know when I hit mine it was based on how many races you win to the race entered ratio.
Like many have said its 450 upwards.(thats why there,s confusion on how many wins or races entered?)
Just get the Red Bull run a load of little races which gives him a career boost.
Just the one race will not boost him much?
Reason behind the Red Bull is, He,s going to finish very quickly so you hit the trophy faster.👍
Thats what every post I read on it age,s ago suggested the sunday cup.?LOL:)
Chat soon mate bye for now.:)

P.s This also works the best has every load screen for each race counts has one GT5 day.
Thats why the majority say the sunday cup, Its over in no time at all. Plus its the Day thing as well killing two birds with one stone?
Hundreds of posts on this but this works has the best option.👍

Here are my "about" times with the X2010 (depends on overtaking momentum) - 1 test drive

Autumn Mini (6 laps) : 2:31:...

Grand Valley Speedway (4 laps) : 2:43:...

Tsukuba Circuit (4 laps) : 2:17...

Obviously TC is the track of my choice to push M.Schneider :D

Any of them will do the trick mate.
3 wins plus 3 GT5 days because of the load screen.
You should have the trophy in no time. Just watch when your driver is somewhere up to 450 wins and upwards should be close then to the trophy?
Chat soon bye for now mate.:)

good bit of reading here for me, cleared up most of my questions on this topic, good thread guys :D

If Mr. Schneider starts striving against my team-leadership I give him a Fiat 500.

All the stats freeze when your driver is online. For anybody who has just started playing this game the best way to get the trophy is to just use 1 B-Spec driver the entire game. Then never put him online, get the trophy and retire him. The experience bar still moves when your BOB is offline and a game day advances so the reason this trophy took so long for most people is they don't know that having their BOB online is hurting the cause. Very poor game design from PD 👎

I think the game design is ok because I would hate for the career bar to go up when online and for my drivers stats to start decreasing because of it. It will make me more reluctant to set my drivers online. At least this way we have a choice of preventing the drivers from aging while still leveling up. It's an incentive for sharing your drivers. What I don't like so much though is them not really explaining this in the manual or at the time you set the drivers to online.

I agree that it's convenient, but not realistic, almost like an exploit IMO.
