Don't care about the racing, or racer. Just testing triple screen set-up on Alienware laptop. It's done using a active mini-displayport to DVI adapter for the left screen. HDMI for the right screen.

Resolution is 5760x1080. Game settings medium. Average of 24 FPS.

Video card is a 6970m 2gb Radeon card. (Mobile version)
Processor i7QM @ 2200
16gb @ 1366

I unfortunately i did not have a 3rd 24"screen, but if i had, i hooked it up trough the free vga port.

Recorded with Kodak Playsport ZX5 and 180 fish-eye lens.
 
Impressive that a laptop can do that, but I really wouldn't want to play any sim at 24fps. I guess it was a quick test, but it looks like the relationship of your seating position to the cockpit FOV/virtual seat position doesn't really match up, so you're not gonna be getting the full effect of those three screens... I'd turn off the in-game wheel too, but that's just my preference.
