i found this pic i was :dunce: see for us self i have more pic and video of the car if any one want to see it just tell me

Engine: BMW S50, Supercharged & Turbocharged
Boost: 1.5 Bar
Power: Estimated 600 hp & 600 Nm of torque

The car is still being tuned (and tamed!) so the above is subject to change, but Sav reckons there's another 40% hiding in there. The car was briefly boosted to 2.0 Bar but it's simply not possible to drive at this setting. We actually had to detune it to make it useable!

Alright, on second thought, it's probably not the same car I'm thinking about.
Are you thinking of the Turbo- / Super-charged orange Volvo powered Opel Manta ?

Hilmersson Racing

[Edit:] HOLY FARK.. If you want to see just HOW good (And Serious) the guy who build the Opel is, click on "Övrigt", then "Jetbåtbygge" in the menu... Then use the "Nästa Sida" when you get to the bottom... If you need anything translated, let me know...

No not that one, although it's pretty damn awesome!

It was a an M3, with some sort of brushed aluminum paintjob. It sounded insane.

Edit: That Opel site has got some great videos!

Doesn't the new Golf have a turbo changer and a super changer?
Yes, the new Golf GT, which is supposed to fill the gap between the GTI and the biggest "standard" Golf, has a turbo- and a supercharger. While the supercharger provides boost at low revs, the turbo kicks in at higher revs, where the supercharger looses boost. The result is 170 hp from 1.4 litres, low emissions and little fuel consumption.

Yep, it is this new idea from Volkswagen... Making really small engines with turbo+superchargers to retain the same power. It's actually a really nice idea, and I'd say it is also logical that such an engine has lower emissions. I mean, a 1.4l with upgrades may have the same power as a 2.0l, but probably less fuel-burn.
Although the tuners won't like it - what can you change about an engine already super+turbocharged? But who cares about them?

It's not the first time I hear of a turbocharged/supercharged M3, but it's also definately not common. The usual problem tuners seem to have is drivability issues. Putting that much power and torque to the rear wheels is crazy  but cool .

As for the TSI twincharger engine by VW, B&B Automobile Technik has some nice ECU remaps already that bring this 1.4L engine from 170 hp to 210 hp, and 177 lb.ft of torque to 265 lb.ft of torque @ 2000 RPM! (There is even the possibility of changing the turbo to get 240 hp on the site) It's all a little pricey though. Tuning cars in Europe seems alot more expensive, but there are tuners out there for this engine already, and I'm sure there will be alot more because the engine has potential and is good on gas. But wow, 265 lb.ft of torque @ 2000 RPM on a 1.4L 4-banger is amazing. There's no replacement for displacement? ... Yeah right.

I know you can tweak the engine - but when you already have a turbo AND a supercharger, how much more can you add? Another one?
I dig this idea. 1.4 with that much power... I wish our family Peugeot 306 4door 1.4 would've had this much power.

I understand what you mean, I guess all that can be done is to replace the turbo for a bigger one. I don't know much about supercharging (except for the main concept of it), so I won't venture to say the supercharger could be changed for something bigger.
