There is a place not far from my house that drops turbos into S-Trucks and they are pretty damn fast. I saw one at the track last night run, it was a S-10 and it hit a 13.62 @ 105mph. Which was pretty impressive for a truck.

Pricing for this kit will be: $5995
Please call for information about ordering the kit and other upgrades. (Race Version is available)

Here is a little bit of information about the kit:

The Turbo we are using is custom built for us by Innovative turbo
Intercooler location is under the core support of the radiator and mounted horizontally and includes a scoop.
Intercooler will be a 3 core design. All intercooler tubing is mandrel bent and powder coated for durability.
The FMU is the same as our S/C system as this FMU has proven time and time again to provide proper tip in fuel and over all fuel delivery. Also included in the kit is the inline external fuel pump.
The ECU is completely different than the S/C and N/A reflash. There were many changes due to the fact that we have full boost while the pcm is in closed loop.
The headers are custom hand built for each kit. The flanges are CNC machined from 1018 cold roll steel that are 3/8" thick. The downpipe is 3". All components in this setup are ceramic coated.
So far with 8 psi on the wife's 2002 Blazer X it will run down the 1/4 mile in 13.80 @ 101.8. At 11 psi it ran 13.54@104. At 4100 pound race weight.
Kits will be sold at 5-8 psi. Note: Customers with modified transmissions can run higher boost

The trucks they have....

The 2002 Blazer Xtreme:
1/4 time: 13.54 @ 103.88
Automatic Trans
Catback Exhaust
11 psi

Those are some pretty awesome trucks! Ever heard of the Lingenfelter Sonoma?
700 Hp @ 5000 rpm
650 Lb-ft @ 6700 rpm
Among other things, it has a Blueprinted GM Motorsports aluminum block 427, computer-balanced forged crank and pistons with billet connecting rods, custom camshaft, ported C5R aluminum heads, custom valvetrain, twin Garrett turbochargers, twin air-to-air intercoolers, Walbro fuel pump and Bosch injectors, custom exhaust with high-efficiency Emitec/Engelhard catalysts, pickup-bed-mounted radiator with Spal fans, heavy-duty transmission with Yank torque converter, and a GMC Sierra Denali full-time 4-wheel-drive transfer case.
Base Price: $137,000
But I would settle for the other trucks as well......

Not bad, I guess, but I'd rather have a Lightning, or S/C'd Tacoma. Hell, I'd rather have a 5.9R/T.

Jalpa Yup I've heard of the Lingenfelter Sonoma, very cool indeed. I would gladly take one any day. That would be some little truck to haul around in.

Josh Well this is a little cheaper. A Blazer Xtreme is anywhere from 16 - 24K, I paid 17K for mine. So then you drop 6k on the turbo set up, so say you'd pay around 26k for a truck that is almost as fast as a Lightning. Still cheaper when compared brand new.

L1ama So very little you know, do you the ride height on an Xtreme truck? My Blazer rides 2.5 inches lower then a stock Blazer. Also most of these trucks will run drags, if they were to run a track, Eibach make a kit that isn't that expensive. You're just a moron who hates truck, if you don't like it at least explain why. I will put money on it they won't flip, after the things I've tried in my Blazer.

Dorifto
Well he also thinks Ferrari sucks so good luck.

I would agree with him. So would Fred - save for like 2 Ferrari's.

Blazin' - Does the Extreme's frame/chassis actually ride 2.5 inches lower, or is it just 2.5 inches lower because of the Extreme ground effects hanging down? Or did you do something to your's?

Its a suspension drop, spindels, blocks, and different Blisten shocks. So yes if you took the ground effects off the frame would sit about 2.5 inches lower. The ground effects make it look lower yet, they cover the frame rails, about the only point to them. That the reason you can lay frame or doors in a Xtreme, you'll crush the ground effects.

I've never measured it before, but according to GM thats what the drop is over a stock Blazer. Although the S-10's are lower for some reason, even though they are supposed to have the same drop.
