Just got a new MC2 and I'm having a little issue.

I'm wondering if there is some sort of method of reducing pedal sensitivity.

When I so much as touch the gas with my foot, it's as if I'm flooring it, although there are only two little lines lit up on the steering wheel.

Same deal with the brake.

What's up?

Here's one solution: Take off those gripgums under your pedals and take off screws under them. Then you'll see the high tech pedal system of MadCatz

Now you should be able to remove pedals. There are 2 screws holding both of acceleration pedal and brake pedal. Take them off and now your pedals are removable, if everything have went right. You'll see that there are one electric thing (can't remember their name) which control the amount of gas and brake. Now you should have turn the console on and put the MadCatz into it, that's because you should see the digital dashoard so you now if the gas is on etc. Scroll both of the electric things cogwheels to 0 point, so the gas and brake doesn't react as soon as you press them a little. Build it up and drive ;)

There's also a little trick what you can do whit MadCatz. If you have setted those cogwheels so that they react immediately when you have pushed the gas, they will give you more accelerate, and I'm not joking. I have tried this and it really works.

Factory settings won't give you all possible acceleration which they can give, I don't know why but that's just the way it's.

Hope this helped you a little.
