Its a 4500 sq. ft. home. It has 4 bedroom, 4 full baths, a upstairs bonus room, back and front porch, and two car garage with full workshop.

Other than the stairwell looking like it needs a lot of work, I'd say it's a decent house. I especially like how the kitchen was done.
 
Yes its is a house I designed. Not the first design I have done, but the first to be built. The stairway was suppose to be open over the formal living room, but the owner decided to change it during framing and walled it up. It would have really accented the room if he left the spindles in. Giving the living a real touch of class.

Looks nice, Magic! It's a great feeling to see it come out like the drawings...
 
Its an increditable feeling. It also was a huge learning tool. Just to be out there almost every week talking to the contractors seeing what was misunderstood, and what I could make clearer. Plus coming up with fixes when a contractor made a mistake. It was fun.
